What are ASX CFDs?

As a full participant of the Sydney Futures Exchange Limited (SFE), First Prudential Markets are a key participant in the launch of the world’s first exchange traded CFD – ASX CFDs.

ASX CFDs are a flexible trading product traded that allow you to:

  • Profit in all market conditions – Open long CFD positions to profit in rising markets or open short positions to profit from a fall in a share price.
  • Trade on leverage – Increase your market exposure with a lower capital outlay
  • Protect your share portfolio – Use ASX CFDs to short sell to hedge and protect the value of your share portfolio.  

ASX CFDs are listed on the market operated by the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE). Access to this market is available through First Prudential Markets.
